The Visionary

Working with iconic French jewelry houses like Chaumet, Alain Boucheron, and Van Cleef & Arpels, Jean learned the undeniable art of jewelry craftsmanship. His personalized aesthetic took decades of experience, style, and taste that now permeate his designs. Jean Dousset is a new-world signature with old-world expertise.

1993

Dousset’s personal legacy began at the global epicenter of high jewelry: Place Vendôme in Paris with Chaumet—the official jeweler of Emperor Napoleon.

1996

He took on an apprenticeship with the renowned French jewelry designer Boucheron, the last family descendant to direct the jewelry house.

Forging A New Legacy

Jean Dousset officiated his bespoke fine jewelry collection with a showroom in Los Angeles. The collection became synonymous with custom creations, innovative designs, and attention to detail.
